  • Late payments may result in cancellation of booking or delay in confirmation.

c. Documentation

Clients must ensure they have valid:

  • Visa

  • ID proofs

  • Travel insurance (optional but recommended)
    We are not responsible for the rejection of visa applications or travel documents.


3. Pricing & Inclusions

a. Price Changes

Prices may vary due to:

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Airline or hotel revisions

  • Seasonal variations

b. Inclusions

Only items specifically mentioned in the itinerary/package are included.

c. Exclusions

Prices generally do not include:

  • Personal expenses

  • Additional meals

  • Travel insurance

  • Porter charges

  • Early check-in/late check-out

  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation charges apply depending on:

  • Travel date

  • Supplier cancellation policy

  • Airlines / hotels / third-party rules

Certain bookings may be non-refundable.

b. Cancellation by the Agency

We may cancel or modify services due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Operational issues

  • Supplier failures

  • Safety concerns

In such cases, we will offer:

  • Alternative options, or

  • Applicable refunds

c. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) depend on suppliers and may take 7–45 business days.


5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travelers to purchase travel insurance.
We are not liable for losses arising from:

  • Flight delays/cancellations

  • Lost baggage

  • Medical emergencies

  • Accidents


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate personal and travel information

  • Check all details and documents before travel

  • Comply with immigration, customs, and health regulations

  • Arrive on time for flights, tours, and transfers

  • Follow local laws and safety guidelines

We are not responsible for consequences arising from negligence or non-compliance.
