We are not responsible for the rejection of visa applications or travel documents.
3. Pricing & Inclusions

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

b. Cancellation by the Agency
We may cancel or modify services due to:

Supplier failures
Safety concerns

Applicable refunds
c. Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) depend on suppliers and may take 7–45 business days.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travelers to purchase travel insurance.
We are not liable for losses arising from:
Flight delays/cancellations
Lost baggage
Medical emergencies
Accidents
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate personal and travel information
Check all details and documents before travel
Comply with immigration, customs, and health regulations
Arrive on time for flights, tours, and transfers
Follow local laws and safety guidelines
We are not responsible for consequences arising from negligence or non-compliance.
